Founding members include such figure as current Vice Premier Dr. Paul C. Chiu, former Finance Minister Dr. Yung-san Lee, Distinguished Professor of Rutgers University Dr. Cheng-Few Lee, Chairman of Taiwan Securities Association Dr. Min-juh Huang, former Chairman of the Taiwan Futures Exchange Professor Richard Shih. The objective of the association is to establish an influence exchange platform on the important issues of financial engineering and financial markets, as well as to promote the competitiveness of capital and futures markets in Taiwan.
